For starters we had deviled eggs. I must admit that I am 36 years old and have never made deviled eggs. I found a website that is devoted strictly to deviled eggs. Check it out. It is pretty awesome. She has several recipes and a step by step "How To" on making the perfect deviled eggs.
I bought a chocolate fountain years ago because I have always wanted a chocolate fountain because they are fun, festive and just down right yummy.

In years past I have done different kinds of fruit but for this year I just had a bowl of strawberries.

Here is Bryan enjoying the chocolate covered strawberries.

We had a bit of discussion regarding the main course and what we came up with was pancakes, eggs and sausage for the kiddos and champagne chicken and asparagus for the adults.

I had wanted to make a raspberry sherbet punch, but in our little town of Brenham we were all out of raspberry sherbet so I went with peach sherbet. It was still a very yummy punch. Peach sherbet, 7 up and pineapple juice (if you are so inclined then a splash of champagne topped it off nicely) Tasty!!!!

It is tradition that I make a strawberry cake with strawberry icing for Valentine's Day. Here is Bryan checking it out right before he ran his finger across the top of the cake!!!

After our delicious meal we exchanged valentines that the kids had made and then we ate cake.
We all had a great Valentine's Day!!!
